Thanks to his reputation as the “Turnaround Kid” Brad started his public speaking career in 1993 when he was just 22. He was asked to go on stage because business owners wanted him to train them and present them with his business strategies and methods. Around this same time, Brad was hired by renowned author and entrepreneur Robert Kiyosaki to teach marketing and business development strategies to his clients and staff. This program was quite successful, and soon after, Brad setup Action International (which would later become ActionCOACH) and began traveling the world to deliver business training and seminars.
